At Sensory Stand, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your needs, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and sensory components are intact, and include a printout of your authorization email.
- 3.Ship It Back
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our quality team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
